What exactly is the Deep Theta Meditation?
The Awakening Dynamics and The Meditation Podcast have joined forces to produce a meditation specifically designed to bring you to a deep theta brainwave to improve and enhance relaxation, healing, manifesting, and well-being.
The meditation uses a proven technology known as “binaural beats”, which are subaudibal beats that guide the brain into a deep meditative state. These binaural beats are combined with relaxing nature sounds, and require that you to listen with headphones.

How do I use the meditation?
Because of the use of the binaural beat technology, all you need to do is listen to it with headphones on, close your eyes, and relax – and it will automatically take you into a deep theta brainwave.
In order to maximize the benefits, it is recommended that you be in a quiet place, and that you keep your eyes closed and remain silent while listening. Because it will induce a powerful meditative state, you should not drive or operate machinery while listening to it.
Will this help my meditation, healing and manifesting?
The meditation is specifically designed to bring you to a deep theta brainwave, which is the brainwave associated with the most powerful meditations, healings, and manifestations.
By using the meditation to train your brain to “get used to” being in a deep theta brainwave while you are still awake, it will train your brain to move into and out of a deep theta brainwave. “I singed 3 of my finger tips picking up a lid off a pot ( very clumsy of me I know); my finger tips blistered immediately and stung like hell.
