See the FAQ below for more information about private session (including regular session times, cancellation policy, etc.)

Frequently Asked Questions:

How long does the session last?

A typical private session lasts between 45-60 minutes, but Brent will always reserve 60 minutes on his calendar for your private session to ensure you have plenty of time and never feel rushed for time.

How do I book a session?

NEW CLIENTS: Because finding the right fit between a healer and a client is critical, Brent prefers to first get to know you a little bit in a discovery call to ensure there is a good fit. If so, Brent will offer you private session package options during your discovery call.  Click here to book a discovery call with Brent! (new clients only)

RETURNING CLIENTS: If you have worked with Brent before, you can click here to contact us about booking a package of private sessions (returning clients only.)

Can I get a single private session?

Generally Brent prefers to work with a client for more than just a single session to ensure the most powerful results.

If your budget is extremely tight and a private session package is not an option, you can click here to contact us;  please explain your situation and your  budget, and we will recommend the best solution which might include private sessions with Brent, and/or private sessions with his students who are professional practitioners, and/or group events that might meet your needs.

How Can I Book Urgent or Custom Scheduled Sessions?

Brent’s regular schedule is sometimes booked well in advance, so if you need an appointment as soon as possible, or outside the regular session times listed below, First Class sessions are available for an additional charge.

Be sure to let us know when you are available and any deadlines you have (for example, if you are scheduled for a medical procedure or have an important event like an interview or presentation) and you’ll receive priority booking for your personalized First Class session at the soonest mutually available time.

Can we do sessions remotely on the phone, Skype, or Zoom?

Yes! Brent exclusively does remote private sessions; distance is not a factor. Brent has had great success doing private sessions for over 20 years on the phone, Skype, Zoom, and even Internet chat.

Cancellation policy

We recognize that it is sometimes impossible to keep our appointments amidst the chaos of our busy lives. If you can not keep an appointment, please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule. Missed appointments are disruptive and inconvenient, especially to those who are on the waiting list or have an urgent problem. As a result, sessions missed without providing 36 hours notice via email may be charged a cancellation fee.

IMPORTANT: As a courtesy, we will send you a calendar reminder. Declining the Google calendar invitation does NOT cancel or reschedule your session; to reschedule your session, you need to email us and we’re happy to help you.

If you are experiencing an emergency, please call 911 or seek immediate help from a licensed health care professional or local emergency services. We are not equipped or licensed as an emergency care center and can not provide emergency services.
